(c) The organization could be decreasing the moral development of its employees.

(d) Managers and executives might not know how to increase the moral development of their employees.  With this information, managers can operationalize helping employees develop morally within the context of their work, which will increase employee buy-in, flexibility and ability.  Increased moral development in the employee will lead to them creating higher value in their relationships personally, in the company and in their communities.
